Foley Associates is currently seeking a Survey Party Chief:
Foley Associates, Inc. is seeking career minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of
Land Surveying related work. Projects include Boundary, ALTAs, Easement/ Right-of Way Surveys,
Topographic surveys; GPS control surveys, design surveys, Aerial mapping ground support,
condominium mapping, and construction layout. Will work under responsible charge of a professional
land surveyor.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Ability to work outdoors in a mountainous environment
• Conduct physical site surveys using a variety of company provided tools and equipment
including stakes, measuring devices, hand tools, ladders, personal protective equipment,
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as Party Chief
• Assist Survey Manager to verifying office calculations to field
• Ability to read and identify plans quickly and accurately
• Quick to respond to evolving field issues and able to solve problems with viable solutions in
concert with the entire survey team
• Must work well with other project team members in the field and office
• CAD skills are preferred
• Experienced, self-motivated, and able to work independently is a must
